ANZAC Biscuits

ANZAC Biscuits 
Recipe

Ingredients:
List the ingredients and how much you need of each item here:
1 cup of flour 
1 cup of caster sugar
1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of dessicated coconut
125 grams of butter
¼ cup of golden syrup
½ teaspoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of boiling water


Instructions:
Give detailed instruction of each step you take to make ANZAC biscuits

First turn your oven on to 180 degrees.
Second line your baking tray(s) with baking paper
Then mix the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Combine 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of caster sugar, 1 cup of rolled oats and 1 cup of dessicated coconut.
Then mix and make a well in the middle.
After that put your 125 grams of butter into a saucepan along with ¼ cup of golden syrup and stir. While you are doing that, boil the jug. If it is on high heat quickly turn it down to low heat.
Next you are going to get your baking soda and a teaspoon along with a little bowl. You are going to get a ½ teaspoon of baking soda and put it in the little bowl you got.
When the Boiling water is finished you are going to get a tablespoon of the water and put it in with the baking soda. When that is done you are going to dissolve it.
When you are finished dissolving the Baking soda and the boiling water together you are going to pour it in with the butter and stir again.
Then after that you are going to go back to your dry ingredients with the sauce pan and pour it in with the mixture. But you are not just gonna pour it in you are going to pour it into the middle.
Once you've done that, you're going to mix it in with your wooden spoon really well, to make sure you get all of the ingredients mixed together.
Next you are going to give it a nice massage.
Then you are going to get your baking tray out and start getting the right amount for your cookies. If you are not good at getting the right amount use a spoon. Then roll the amount you have into a ball. And lay it on the Baking tray after.
After you have done that you are going to get a cup and flatten the biscuit dough
Place the tray into the oven and put the timer on for 20mins and then check what they look like
Check the biscuits, and if they are ready, place them onto a rack to cool
